Spicy Potato Noodle Gratin

Starring Mestari Potato Noodle, and you can make this gratin as either a meat or vegetarian version if you wish. If anything, it won’t be lacking in flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 1,000 kg Mestari Potato Noodles
  • 0,300 kg minced meat/vegetable protein
  • oil
  • 0,200 kg onion
  • 0,500 L meat/vegetable broth
  • 0,250  L Arla Cooking Cream 15%
  • 0,250 L Arla Fraiché cream
  • 0,100 kg Arla Cheddar grated cheese
  • 0,005 kg smoked chili
  • 0,003 kg chili flakes
  • 0,001 kg oregano
  • salt and ground black pepper

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the minced meat and brown it.
Add the stock, creams and seasonings. Bring to a boil and season with salt and black pepper.
Steam the potato noodles for 10 minutes. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and mix.
Pour into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in a 180C oven for about fifteen minutes.
