Savory pancake made from potato noodles

The savory pancake can be adapted with different filling options! Try, for example, cherry tomatoes, feta, or smoked salmon. This pancake can be customized endlessly; there are plenty of filling options, and you can even use several at the same time.

Ingredients:

  • 0,500 KG Mestari Potato noodles
  • 0,200 KG Mestari instant mashed potato powder
  • 0,300 KG wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1,000 L milk / oat drink
  • 0,050 L oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • grated cheese

Filling options:

  • 0,500 KG cherry tomatoes
  • 0,250 KG feta cheese OR
  • 0,300 KG smoked salmon
  • 0,200 KG plain cream cheese

Preparation:

Beat the eggs in a bowl until they are broken up. Mix in the milk, instant mashed potato powder, flour, oil and seasonings. Spread the potato noodles on the bottom of a greased GN pan and pour the egg mixture over them.

Add your chosen fillings on top and finally sprinkle grated cheese over. Steam in a combi oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.
