Reindeer dip for fingerling fries

This rich cold-smoked reindeer dip is perfect for dipping Mestari Puikularanskanperunat. A great accompaniment to other Mestari potatoes as well — try it and taste!

Creamy cold-smoked reindeer dip for fries

(4 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 0.200 kg sour cream
  • 0.100 L cold-smoked reindeer mince
  • 0.100 L diced red onion
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper

 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together. Check the seasoning. If necessary, you can add spices/herbs.

Let the dip sit for a short while before serving in the refrigerator.
