Potato waffle

This hearty and filling savory waffle is also popular with children. Just add your favorite toppings, and enjoy it as is or, for example, with a salad.

Pottuvohveliannos

Ingredients:

(3 SERVINGS)

  • 360 g Mestari potato noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp potato starch
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Butter for frying

Preparation:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and cook in a waffle iron until the surface is crispy and the potato is cooked.
  2. Serve with your favorite toppings, such as vendace roe, crème fraîche, red onion, fresh dill and lemon zest.
