Potato remoulade

This rich delight from Mestari Potato Noodle can be enjoyed on its own or as a salad-like side. Allowing it to rest in a cool place for a couple of hours before serving only enhances the delicious flavor!

Cold salad for 10 people

Ingredients:

  • 1,000 KG Mestari Potato Noodles
  • 0,200 L Arla Cremé Fraiché lactose-free
  • 0,200 L mayonnaise
  • 0,050 L whole-grain Dijon mustard
  • 0,0015 L lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper

Preparation:

Steam the potato noodles for 10 minutes and cool quickly.
Mix the crème fraîche, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice together.
Add the cooked potato noodles to the mix and season with salt and pepper.
Great salad for cold cuts, as a sandwich filling, or for a buffet.
