Potato noodle tray

Just add the vegetables and the sauce, so simple, easy and quick!

Ingredients:

  • 1,000 KG Mestari potato noodles
  • 0,200 KG red bell pepper
  • 0,400 KG carrots
  • 0,200 KG kale
  • 0,500 KG Beanit fava bean crumble
  • oil for greasing the pan

Sauce:

  • 0,100 KG chili-garlic sauce
  • 0,150 KG soy sauce
  • 0,400 L water
  • Juice of 3 limes, squeezed
    For finishing: salted peanuts / coriander.

 

 

Preparation:

Peel the carrots and slice them, e.g. with a cheese slicer into shavings / sticks.
Julienne the washed bell pepper and kale.
Oil a baking dish and spread the frozen potato noodles on the bottom. Spread the vegetables over the noodles.
Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour the sauce evenly into the dish.
Sprinkle the broad bean crumble on top.
Bake in the oven at 225C for about 30 minutes.
Finish with salted peanuts and cilantro.
