Potato noodle casserole, cold preparation

Nutritious potato noodle casserole that’s full of flavor! Suitable for cold preparation.

Ingredients:

  • 1,400 KG Mestari Potato Noodles
  • 0,800 KG chicken mince, cooked
  • 0,350 KG carrot strips, frozen
  • 0,075 KG rapeseed oil
  • 0,150 KG soybeans, frozen

Sauce:

  • 0,600 KG water
  • 0,100 KG Knorr Sunshine Chili 1L
  • 0,045 KG Knorr cold-soluble starch
  • 0,060 KG Knorr Dark red onion sauce 3,5/25L
  • 0,040 KG Knorr ginger purée ptofessional 750g
  • 0,020 KG minced garlic, frozen
  • 0,030 KG rapeseed oil
  • 0,100 KG lemon juice
  • 0,150 KG soy sauce
  • 0,100 KG sugar

Preparation:

Thaw the potato noodles, carrot strips and soybeans the day before.

Mix the sauce ingredients together, except for the cold-soluble starch. While stirring continuously, add the cold-soluble starch.

Add the potato noodles, minced meat, soybeans and carrot strips. Mix until evenly combined.

Spoon into a baking dish. Bake in the oven using combination roasting at 150 C (moisture 30%) for about 45 – 60 min.
