Potato Noodle Bangkok

Potato noodles and the harmony of Asian flavors combined.

Ingredients:

  • 1,000 KG Mestari potato noodles
  • 0,075 KG rapeseed oil
  • 0,015 KG salt
  • 0,075 KG rapeseed oil
  • 0,250 KG onion, julienned
  • 0,075 KG garlic, crushed
  • 0,400 KG carrot, julienned
  • 0,500 KG shiitake mushrooms, chopped
  • 0,100 KG red chili, chopped
  • 0,200 KG soy sauce
  • 0,150 KG toasted sesame oil
  • 0,150 KG lemon juice
  • 0,010 KG salt
  • 0,150 KG fresh coriander, chopped
  • 0,075 KG sesame seeds

Preparation:

Fry the frozen Mestari Potato Noodles in rapeseed oil for five minutes. Season with salt and set aside.rnSauté onion and garlic in rapeseed oil. Add the carrots, shiitake mushrooms and chilies, and continue cooking until the vegetables are cooked but still crisp.rnSeason with soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, lemon juice and salt. Finish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
