A wonderfully fresh and tasty combination of potato noodles and pike meatballs. Wasabi sauce creates a complete flavor profile in which freshness and richness form the perfect combination with the potato noodles and pike meatballs!

Combine the Hollandaise, wasabi sauce, lemon juice and water in a saucepan. Heat and season with salt.
Spread the frozen pike meatballs in a GN pan and bake in a 180 C oven for 12 minutes.
Place the frozen potato noodles in a greased 1/1-65 GN pan. Stir in leek sliced into thin rings, peas and spinach leaves. Cook in steam at 100 C for 5 minutes.
Mix the pike meatballs and hot sauce into the potato noodles. Finish with leek rings and spinach leaves.
