”Pasta Alfredo” with potato

The well-known delicacy “Pasta Alfredo” reimagined as a version that uses potato instead of pasta! A potato noodle provides a new experience of this classic dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1,000 KG Mestari Potato Noodle
  • 0,120 KG butter
  • 0,800 KG heavy cream
  • 0,020 KG black pepper, crushed
  • 0,012 KG salt
  • 0,400 KG grated Parmesan
  • 0,200 KG flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 0,120 KG lemon juice

Preparation:

Heat the butter in a saucepan. When the butter foams, add the cream and black pepper. Reduce by boiling vigorously for a few minutes.
Add the frozen Mestari Potato Noodles. Cook until the potatoes are cooked through, about five to ten minutes.
Season with salt, grated Parmesan, flat-leaf parsley and lemon juice.
