“Oven paella” with potato noodles

“Oven paella” with potato noodles and chicken, this dish is full of flavor. Comes with lots of vegetables!

Ingredients:

  • 1,000 KG Mestari Potato Noodles
  • 1,000 KG chicken cubes, frozen
  • 0,500 KG carrot strips, frozen
  • 0,200 KG onion cubes, frozen
  • 0,150 KG crushed garlic
  • 1,500 KG crushed tomatoes
  • 1,000 L chicken stock
  • 0,050 KG cold-setting starch
  • 0,020 KG salt
  • 0,010 KG paprika powder
  • 0,010 KG curry
  • 0,500 KG peas, frozen

Preparation:

Into a 1-1 65 GN pan, measure the potato noodles, carrot strips, chicken and onion cubes. Mix the crushed tomatoes, crushed garlic and seasonings together. Add the chicken stock to the mixture and stir the cold-water-soluble starch into the sauce last. Add the stock to the pan and mix.

Bake at 160 degrees using combination roast for 40-45 minutes. Stir a couple of times during cooking. Add the peas towards the end of baking.

Tip: Also try bell pepper, seafood, chorizo sausage or shiitake mushrooms as fillings.
