Oven-baked chicken with potato noodles

A quick and easy chicken dish made from only a few ingredients, yet still a very tasty combination of flavors!

Ingredients:

About 6 servings

  • 0.800 kg Mestari potato noodles
  • 0.400 kg cooked chicken strips
  • 0.150 kg chopped onion
  • 0.400 kg peas, corn and bell pepper (frozen)
  • 0.400 l water
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation:

Pour the frozen potato noodles into a GN ½ 65 mm tray. Add the chicken strips, pea-corn-pepper mix and onions on top of the potato noodles and mix.

Dissolve the chicken stock cube in boiling water and pour evenly into the pan.

Add the seasonings and mix.

Steam-cook in a combi oven at 160°C for 40-45 minutes.
