Chorizo-potato noodle

Potato noodles and spicy chorizo meatballs in a flavorful sauce. This rich and aromatic dish is suitable for both everyday meals and festive occasions.

Ingredients:

  • 1.000 KG     Mestari Potato Noodle
  • 0.030 KG     oil for frying
  • 1.000 KG     Lagerblad Foods Chorizo meatballs 8 g
  • 0.200 KG     frozen onion cubes
  • 0.020 KG     garlic, fresh and crushed
  • 0.200 KG     frozen red bell pepper cubes
  • 0.040 KG     chives, chopped
  • 1.000 KG     Puljonki Plum Tomato Sauce

Additionally: salt and black pepper

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the diced bell peppers and chorizo meatballs and sauté briefly. Add the plum tomato sauce. Add the chopped chives and let simmer over low heat. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Steam the potato noodles for about 3 minutes. Add the potato noodles to the sauce and let rest for about 5 minutes. Finish the dish with grated Parmesan, fresh chili and flat-leaf parsley.
