Beanit® potato-noodle and beetroot casserole

A tasty and colorful vegetarian dish made from potato noodles, crushed broad beans and beetroot, in which the spices add an herbal note.

Ingredients:

  • 1,000 KG Mestari Potato Noodles
  • 0,500 KG Beanit Fava Bean Crumble
  • 0,500 KG beetroot, in strips
  • 0,500 KG water
  • 0,500 KG oat cream, gluten-free
  • 0,400 KG onion, finely chopped
  • 0,060 KG garlic, finely chopped
  • 0,040 KG ginger, finely chopped
  • 0,006 KG black pepper, crushed
  • 0,005 KG salt
  • 0,005 KG Provencal herb seasoning

Preparation:

Measure all ingredients into a GN 1/1 65-mm pan and mix well.

Bake in a combi oven using the baking program at 185 °C for 10 minutes. Continue baking at 160 °C for about 20 minutes, until the temperature reaches 70 °C. Sprinkle the surface with freshly chopped parsley.

Serve with crème fraîche.
